In 2020, Russell joined Amazopify Ltd, an IT company, starting his career as a regular employee. At that time, he was directly involved in Amazon dropshipping operations. The early phase of his career was marked by intense challenges. Navigating a fast-paced and competitive environment required more than technical skills—it demanded consistency, patience, and mental resilience. Russell faced operational difficulties, learning curves, and pressure, but he responded with discipline and dedication. His commitment to improvement and his ability to stay focused during demanding periods laid the foundation for his professional growth.

After completing his graduation, Russell decided to take the next step in his career by applying the experience he had gained in a more advanced operational setting. In 2024, he joined Fulfillbiz Ltd, where he shifted his focus to Amazon Online Arbitrage and the 2-Step model. Rather than treating this as a temporary role, he committed himself fully to the platform. He made a conscious decision to build his career around these business models, avoiding distractions and opportunities elsewhere. His vision was clear—to understand how far this business could be taken, both for the company and for himself.

At Fulfillbiz Ltd, Russell’s dedication quickly became evident. He focused on execution, team coordination, and operational improvement. As a result, he was entrusted with the responsibility of Team Leader. In this role, he demonstrated the ability to guide teams, manage performance, and align daily operations with long-term goals. His leadership was not built on authority alone, but on accountability, clarity, and a strong work ethic.

Building on this experience, Russell later joined Amzupscale Ltd. Drawing from his background in dropshipping, online arbitrage, and team leadership, he made an immediate impact. Within a short period, his operational understanding and management capability positioned him for a senior leadership role. He was appointed Assistant General Manager, where he now plays a critical role in the company’s management and strategic execution.

Today, Russell is deeply involved in overseeing teams, strengthening internal processes, and contributing to decisions that shape the company’s direction. His focus remains on how to create sustainable value for the organization while maintaining operational discipline. The journey has not been without struggle. He has faced setbacks, pressure, and complex challenges at every stage.
